How soon will my purchase arrive?
I aim to dispatch all purchases within 1 to 3 working days then delivery should be within 3 days of shipping.
How would I go about returning a damaged product?
All shipments are quality checked before packing, but in the unlikely event of a faulty product being shipped please immediately take a photo of the fault and send it with a brief description to sales@boxleather.co.uk
Remember time is of the essence so do this A.S.A.P and we will replace or refund the product.
If I don't like the colour, what should I do?
All website pictures are accurate to the actual colour of each piece so please make sure it is the purchase you really want before placing your order.
Only if you contact sales@boxleather.co.uk on the day of delivery to discuss the problem and arrange to send the purchase back to us but you will have to pay for shipment and shipment of an alternative. Unfortunately, no refund will be given.
