About Me
My name is David, I’m an independent design and manufacturer of small leather goods, I strongly believe that quality, reliability and competitive pricing are the cornerstones of any customer buying experience. My aim is to keep the entire process from design through manufacture to delivery streamlined and efficient, enabling me to pass on single and multiple order savings to all of my customers.
I only use high quality leathers, lining materials, and zips in all of my products giving the customer a product that not only feels and looks good but is also reliable and long lasting.

1. Currency and Pricing
All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. Most countries have tax included in the price; if not, the tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Box Leather delivers to UK addresses are free although addresses outside the UK including Northern Island will incur Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout, and vary based on location and shipping method. While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control. 3. Customer Service
Box Leather is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1–3 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, your order please contact sales@boxleather.co.uk
4. Return Policy
Box Leather assists with easy returns to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Our products all have a 3-year warranty, so if anything isn't as it should be, get in touch and we'll sort out an exchange or refund straight away. If you've made an error in purchasing, don't hesitate to ask for advice. The earlier we catch things, the more chance we have of reducing unnecessary shipping, choose as carefully as you can before selecting the confirmation button.
5. Warranty
Box Leather products are covered by a 3-year warranty but will not be granted for damage due to neglect, so remember to show it a little love and it will love you back.
